Oneira supports reflective and clinical workflows, not emergency care.
These terms explain how accounts, credits, therapist plans, AI-assisted features, purchases, and service limits work when you use Oneira.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, logging data, buying credits, subscribing to therapist plans, or using any Oneira feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your age and circumstances.
What Oneira provides
Oneira offers encrypted journaling, mood tracking, cognitive reframing, psychometric workflows, AI-assisted insight generation, secure sharing tools, and therapist-facing review tools.
The service is designed for reflective wellness and workflow support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and it must not be relied on as an emergency or crisis response system.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your authentication method, and for protecting your account from unauthorized use.
Patients control whether to connect with a therapist through the in-app clinic invite flow. Therapist access depends on that relationship state and the product's visibility model. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, route guards, or account partitioning.
Acceptable use
Use Oneira only for lawful, personal, professional, or organizational purposes consistent with these terms. Do not upload malicious payloads, attempt to manipulate credits or payments, abuse AI flows, interfere with webhooks, or use the platform to harm other people.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for how you use generated output. We may investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents and may restrict or terminate access where necessary.
Credits, purchases, and refunds
Credits and therapist subscriptions are fulfilled through the configured payment flow, currently including Paddle for supported purchases. Credit balances are recorded in your account ledger when payment confirmation succeeds.
Digital credit purchases are generally final once fulfilled unless a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the payment provider or support review. Approved refunds may reduce credited balances and may add internal fraud-review markers to the account history when a refund affects previously consumed credits.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated reflections, summaries, OCR transcriptions, clinical note drafting support, and related outputs are probabilistic. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
You must review AI output with judgment before relying on it. Therapists remain solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating any AI-assisted text before using it in professional documentation, patient care, or compliance records.
Therapist plans and professional responsibility
Therapist-facing plans may impose tier-based usage limits, including patient-slot or workflow limits, and some premium modules may be available only on specific subscription tiers.
If you use Oneira as a therapist or clinician, you remain solely responsible for your professional licensing, local regulatory obligations, clinical judgment, duty of care, recordkeeping obligations, and any legal requirements that apply to your practice.
Availability, changes, and termination
Oneira is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify features, pricing, limits, processors, AI models, or supported workflows when needed for product evolution, security, compliance, or operational stability.
We may suspend or terminate access if accounts abuse the service, create risk for the platform, violate these terms, or require action due to legal or security reasons. You may also stop using the service and request account deletion through the available settings flow.
